Return Policy

At Expenseless, we resell overstock items at incredibly low prices. All items sold on Expenseless have been marked down, so they are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE due to the following:

  • If items fall in the herbal or custom items line of products
  • If items are not having their original tag(s),
  • If items are not in their original look and/or not in their original package(s),
  • If items are not returned within 7 days of purchase. The 7 days of purchase window for returning the item starts from the day Expenseless receives a notification from the shipping company that the item has been delivered to the buyer. If within 7 days the returned items will not get to the seller, the buyer will provide the seller with the tracking information within the 7-day window for return: for the seller to know that the returned item(s) is in transit to the seller.

Furthermore, for items that are in their original package(s) or in their original look, and that
are RETURNABLE, buyer(s) will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

A refund will be processed and issued after Expenseless receives the item(s) from the buyer(s). Buyer(s) will get a full refund for items meeting all return requirements. A partial refund will be initiated if all return requirements are not met. It is the responsibility of the buyers to really assess each item they want to buy before they are ordered and shipped.
 
Items ordered and canceled within 24 hours before shipment are due for a full refund. Buyers can call or email us with the order number within the 24-hour timeframe before shipment. However, items that have been released for shipment to the shipping carrier, or that have been shipped to the customer(s), cannot be refunded until the items are returned by the buyer(s) as specified above. Please bear with us.
