At Expenseless, we resell overstock and clearance items at incredibly low prices. Because these products are already marked down, many are NON‑RETURNABLE and NON‑REFUNDABLE. We encourage all buyers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Policy
We take pride in offering great value on quality items. However, due to the nature of overstock and discounted merchandise, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.
Items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable under the following circumstances:
- If items are not in their original look or packaging
- If items are returned after the 7‑day window following delivery
- If items show signs of use, damage, or alteration after purchase
The 7‑day return window begins on the day Expenseless receives confirmation from the shipping company that your order has been delivered. If the returned item will not reach us within this timeframe, the buyer must provide valid tracking information within the 7‑day window to confirm that the item is in transit to Expenseless.
For items that are eligible for return — meaning they are in their original packaging, unused, and meet all conditions above — buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after Expenseless receives and inspects the returned item(s).
- A full refund will be issued for items that meet all return requirements.
- A partial refund may be issued if the item does not fully meet return conditions.
- Items that fail inspection or arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Buyers are responsible for assessing each item carefully before ordering. We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with product appearance when the item matches its description.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours before shipment are eligible for a full refund. To cancel an order, buyers must contact us by phone or email with their order number within that 24‑hour timeframe.
Once an item has been released to the shipping carrier or shipped to the customer, it cannot be refunded until it is returned according to the guidelines above.
